General InformationBecause of our commitment to providing the best possible experience to our patients, we require 24 hours advance notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. We are preferred partner with INTERNATIONAL SOS, Seven Corners and TBS Team - 24. We accept insurance from International SOS, Cigna, Vanbreda and Seven Corners. Insurance claim forms can be generated upon request along with appropriate documentation so you can submit directly to your carrier. Any reimbursement will be sent directly to you from your insurance company or to us. |
